We are hiring for the 2018 season! We are open April 1st to Oct 12th every year. Penny’s is well known for authentic Mexican food with a west coast flair. We offer an exciting seaside location, and great wages for experienced staff.

Kitchen Staff

This open concept outdoor seafood restaurant is perfect for a talented Cook who’s passionate about fresh ingredients.

Consistency, timing and organization are key. As we aim to cook each meal to perfection. This is a fast paced friendly restaurant where the customer comes first.

Duties include: Line cooking from scratch, food prep, stocking, cleaning. Opening and closing duties. An ability to work and supervise.

These positions are suited for Chef’s with Red Seal certification, or a minimum of 3 years cooking experience. Experience should include a background in supervising, and a proven ability to prepare high quality dishes. Experience creating popular and appealing specials. Shift leading skills such as opening and closing duties. A strong background in line cooking or prep cooking for those specific positions.

Servers and Bartenders

This open concept outdoor Mexican restaurant is perfect for the friendly professional server. Must be able to learn and understand the menu, and sell our product with passion. Take orders in a friendly informed manner, in a restaurant where the customer comes first.

Duties Include: order taking, food running, quality checking and bussing. Opening and closing  duties, as well as a wide variety of side duties.
