Bruce made redesigning Penny’s kitchen, adding a take-out window, and enclosing the patio top priorities for 2017.

    From the start to finish of everyday, Renay is working to make your experience at Penny’s Palapa a memorable one. With a strong background in customer service and Restaurant Management. Renay is the leader that knows that teamwork makes the Dream Work. From Fiesta Fridays to Taco Tuesday, she’s creating the vibes that transports you to a vacation destination. Renay championed the restaurant’s upgrade to the TouchBistro system in 2017.
