Bruce made redesigning Penny’s kitchen, adding a take-out window, and enclosing the patio top priorities for 2017. -

Renay is the leader that knows that teamwork makes the Dream Work. From Fiesta Fridays to Taco Tuesday, she’s creating the vibes that transports you to a vacation destination. Renay championed the restaurant’s upgrade to the TouchBistro system in 2017.
